The normally quiet Northwest Crossing neighborhood was hit by gunfire overnight that left a man clinging to life with multiple wounds, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
The victim in his twenties was standing outside his home in the 6800 block of Brookvale Dr, which is near Grissom and Timberhill, when a car drove by and men inside the car opened fire.
The victim was hit by at least four bullets. He was rushed to the hospital in extremely critical condition with wounds which are said to be 'life threatening.
'The car, a beige Honda, sped away.
Police have no motive and no suspects at this time.
