Blue Jays beat Rangers 7-2

Rangers

The Blue Jays clubbed three home runs as they jumped the Rangers 7-2 in Toronto.  Yangervis Solarte, Kevin Pillar and Teoscar Hernandez  each left the yard for the Jays, who prevented the series sweep and  ended a four-game slide.  Randall Grichuk drove in two runs and made a  highlight-reel catch to close the first inning.  J.A. Happ  struck out nine over seven innings of work to earn his fourth win.   Martin Perez lasted just four innings to get charged with the loss for  Texas.  Renato Nunez homered in defeat as the Rangers fell to 11-and-18.  They're 7-and-6 on the road.
