The Army took over Fiesta today, with an Army Band concert on Alamo Plaza, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
The 323rd Army Band played several holiday themed pieces, including 'Fiesta de San Antonio,' written by retired Army Bandmaster Charles Booker.
The crowd also watched the storied U.S. Army Drill Team (The Old Guard) from Joint Base Meyers-Henderson performing their amazing routines with bayonet-tipped 1903 Springfield rifles.
