The Mariners scored five runs over the final two innings to shock the Rangers 6-2 at Globe Life Park. Mitch Haniger tied the game in the eighth with a solo homer before Jean Segura put them up for good with a two-run double in the ninth. Felix Hernandez gave up four hits and two runs over five-and-a-third innings and Juan Nicasio came away with the win. The M's ended a three-game slide. Keone Kela allowed three hits and three runs while recording one out in the ninth to take the loss for Texas. The Rangers dropped to 7-and-14 overall and 2-and-9 at home.
