A small single-engine plane crashed Sunday morning near the Bexar-Medina county line, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
The Bexar County Fire Marshal's Office and the Medina County Sheriff's Office both answered the alarm in a wooded area off West Potranco Road near the Texas Research and Technical Foundation campus off HIghway 211.
Officials on the scene confirm that the pilot was the only person on board and the pilot was killed.Nobody on the ground was hurt.
No word on what caused the plane crash.
