"A Quiet Place" is the top movie at the box office

Quiet Place

The new horror feature co-starring  Emily Blunt and her husband, John Krasinski, is this week's top movie in  North America.  "A Quiet Place" earned 50-million-dollars in its first  weekend in theaters in the U.S. and Canada.  Coming in second is last  week's number-one picture "Ready Player One," which raked in  25-million-bucks in ticket sales.  The new Steven Spielberg movie is  expected to make nearly 97-million-dollars domestically since its  release eleven days ago.  Rounding out this week's Top Five are the  comedy "Blockers," "Black Panther" and "I Can Only Imagine."  The  faith-based film has earned 69-million-dollars over four weeks.
