URGENT: FBI Says All Package Bombs Linked

The FBI said late Tuesday that all six package bombs connected to the Austin area in the last several days, including the bomb that exploded at a FedEx processing center in Schertz this morning, are related, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.

The FBI also confirmed that a device found in a FedEx center in Austin today was a bomb, and is believed to have been sent along with the Schertz bomb, from a private mail center in southwest Travis County.

That bomb did not explode, and should provide investigators with invaluable clues. along with any potential surveillance video from the mailing center.

That means six bombs have killed two people and injured five, including a FedEx employee in Schertz early Tuesday, and they are all the work of one person.
