A U.S. congressman is confirming that a suspicious package found at FedEx ground facility in Austin is a bomb. Representative Lloyd Doggett told the "Austin American-Statesmen" he had been briefed by federal officials and they were trying to figure out how to get the package open without destroying it. The Texas package bomber is believed to have used the FedEx store to send at least two parcel bombs. A source tells NBC News the FBI confirmed the bomber visited the store in Sunset Valley to ship the devices. One bomb exploded last night at a FedEx facility in Schertz, while another was discovered at the facility in Austin.
