San Antonio Police say the man charged with animal cruelty for allegedly stabbing and choking a puppy to death is in custody and is facing serious felony charges, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Guadalupe Sanchez, 25, apparently became enraged that an acquaintance had looked one of his family members 'the wrong way' so he videoed himself brutally stabbing and choking a small puppy to death. Then he allegedly gave the video to the acquaintance, warning that the same thing would happen to him.
Sanchez was taken into custody without incident at a department store on Fredericksburg Road in Balcones Heights by Balcones Heights Police.
In addition to animal cruelty and making terroristic threats, Sanchez is also facing drug charges.
