Elon Musk's Mars Rocket To Fly "Short Flights" Next Year

Musk

Elon Musk says SpaceX will be ready to fly its Mars rocket in 2019.  At the South by Southwest festival in Austin, Musk  says the rocket will likely be able to do short "up and down flights"  during the first half of next year.  He also mentioned last year, that  his Mars rocket, could one day fly people from city to city on Earth in  rapid amounts of time.  Musk touted that it would take 30 minutes to go  from New York to Shanghai.  The billionaire entrepreneur has always  wanted to send humans to live on Mars.  He said colonizing Mars will  present huge "entrepreneurial opportunity."
