The infamous Bandidos motorcycle gang was described in federal court today as a cross between the Mafia and the Nazis, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
The former President and Vice President of the group, Jeffrey Pike and John Portillo, are on trial in federal court on charges of running a criminal organization and ordering murders.
The FBI's top expert on biker gangs told the just how the Bandidos were started in the Houston area by a former Marine in the late 1960s. He also gave jurors some background on Bandidos lore and gang patches and lexicon.
Both men were arrested in a coordinated effort last year to bring down the Bandidos. Both face life in prison if convicted.
