There was '21st Century drama' at two area schools today, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Boerne ISD Superintendent Dr. Thomas Price reported in an e-mail to parents that a student had made a 'possible threat' against Boerne High School.
He said the student who allegedly made the threat is not in school, and Boerne PD and school officials are upping security and are conducting an investigation.
"We ask that you remind your child to tell an adult if he/she ever becomes aware of information that could lead to a safety issue. While we stand united in Boerne ISD, it all starts here: if you see something, say something," Price said in the e-mail.
At about the same time, the Schertz Cibolo Universal City ISD reported an 'incident' at Corbett Junior High School that required students to 'stay out of the hallways' until the incident was cleared.
The district said the incident 'has been resolved and there are no threats to other students.'
