San Antonio Police say the murder of a woman on the city's south side was a case of domestic violence, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
The body of the woman was found on the floor of her home on Ware Ave, which is off South Presa. By the time firefighters were able to gain entry to the home, the victim was dead. She had been stabbed to death.
Police overnight booked Christian Martinez, 32, on a murder charge. Detectives say he was found inside the home covered in blood and holding two knives.
They say Martinez lived at the home, but they are not sure just what his relationship was with the victim.
