A police report says the fifth victim, a 27 year old man, was not immediately thought to have been shot in the incident, but he turned up later at the hospital to be treated for wounds. The little boy who was shot is five, not six as police first reported.

Police say the man who was 'covered up,' fired several rounds at the family with a semi automatic pistol.  Nobody else was hurt, but one slug did hit the front wall of the restaurant.

All five victims remain hospitalized, two in critical condition.  The little boy is in stable condition with a bullet wound to the leg.

Police Chief Bill McManus says the family was 'targeted.'

"This was not a random act," McManus said. All five people who were shot are believed to be members of the same family.  So far, their names have not been released.
