A man bleeding from a bullet wound to the back of his head was driven to a south side gas station and dumped into the parking lot early today by somebody who then drove away and left him there, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
The gas station manager called police about 1:30 Sunday morning, and the victim was rushed to the hospital with no vital signs.
Deputies say the victim was apparently shot at a party in a field off Goeth Road, which is in far south Bexar County. They found a shell casing at the scene, but so far have no suspects, and no motive for the shooting.
