Officials are investigating the drowning of a three year old boy in an indoor swim school pool, but for now the death is being treated as a tragic accident, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
The boy was found to be unresponsive in the deep end of the pool on Stone Oak Rd bear Evans Rd Saturday night. The boy was recovered by employees and rushed to the hospital, but officials said Sunday the boy had died.
No criminal charges are contemplated.
