San Antonio Police suspect a 'medical emergency' was to blame for a single vehicle wreck this morning that left a man in his seventies dead, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Police say the man was driving down Southwest Military when his car suddenly careered across three lanes of traffic and slammed into a tree.
The man was pronounced dead after being cut out of the mangled wreckage.
Police say it appears the victim had passed out, because there is no indication that the brake was ever applied.Nobody else was hurt.
