Police are looking for suspects in a terrifying shooting early today, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Police say witnesses told them that a man in his forties was literally being chased down the street by two men in pickup trucks.
It happened in the 1600 block of Mardell Street, which is in the Los Angeles Heights area near West and Basse.
The man chased the man all the way to his home, but you can't outrun a bullet.
He was shot at least once in the head, right in front of his home. He was rushed to the hosptial by EMS where he was pronounced dead.
Police don't know who the men were or why they were chasing the victim.
