Greehey is also helping St. Mary's lead its $130 million capital campagin, which has raised more than $104 million since November.

“Bill Greehey has helped make defining moments possible for countless students over the years,” said President Thomas Mengler, J.D. “This gift will provide for many more in the future. We are thankful for his enduring generosity.”

Greehey, a native of Iowa, is a graduate of St. Mary's, and he never hesitates to credit St. Mary's for his business success.
