Under chilly but sunny weather, tens of thousands of people have gathered on San Antonio's east side this morning for the annual Martin Luther King March to pay tribute to the civil rights leader who died fifty years ago this year, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
The MLK March brings together energy and enthusiasm, as it snakes from the MLK Academy 2,75 miles to Pittman-Sullivan Park, where an afternoon of speakers and rallies is planned.
