The Lakers' two young stars lifted them to a 93-81 win over the Spurs at the STAPLES Center. Rookie point guard Lonzo Ball filled up the box score with 18 points, 10 rebounds, six assists and four steals. He hit 4-of-7 from three-point range. Brandon Ingram had a game-high 26 points as Los Angeles won its third straight to get to 14-and-27. LaMarcus Aldridge put up 20 points, while Brynn Forbes added 18 in the loss. San Antonio turned the ball over 20 times. The Spurs have traded wins and losses in their last eight games and are 28-and-15 overall.
