The winter storm bearing down on the East Coast is upsetting air travel. Delta Air Lines announced that it's cancelling some 400 flights tonight and tomorrow. Most of the flights are going or coming from New York's JFK and LaGuardia airports, as well as Boston's Logan International. There could be other delays and cancellations as the storm moves up the East Coast. The National Weather Service expects the storm system to strengthen as moves into the mid-Atlantic tonight, dumping snow on its way northward.
