Spurs top the Knicks,119-107

The Spurs used 65 points in the second  half to grab a 119-107 win over the Knicks at the AT&T Center.   

LaMarcus Aldridge paced San Antonio with 25 points, while Pau Gasol  added 17, 11 rebounds and seven assists.  

Kyle Anderson tied a career-high with 16 points, Danny Green hit for 15, Tony Parker for 14 and Bryn Forbes for 10.

The Spurs have won six-of-seven to jump to 25-and-11.  Michael Beasley put up 23 points and  12 rebounds off the bench in the loss.  

Rookie point guard Frank  Ntilikina chipped nine with 11 dimes and three steals as New York dropped its fourth straight.  They're 2-and-12 on the road. 

The Spurs are back in action on Saturday in Detroit.
