Woman Critical After Being Repeatedly Stabbed in Her Own Home

A 55 year old woman is clinging to life at University Hospital after she was stabbed repeatedly in the neck, chest, and face during an argument at her west side home, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.

Police were called to a home in the 2600 block of West Travel and when they arrived they found the woman suffering from life threatening wounds.

Police say a family member she had argued with is the key suspect.  The suspect, identified as the victim's nephew, fled the scene and remains at large.
