Fifteen shell casings were found in the street after somebody in a car opened fire on a car in Los Angeles Heights, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
When officers arrived at the home in the 1800 block of Santa Barbara, they found spend shells scattered around the area.
Inside, two men had been shot when slugs tore through the walls.
One declined treatment for a graze wound, the other was hospitalized.
Police got no description of the car, and even less cooperation from the victims.
