Police converged on the Memorial City Mall in Houston on reports of a possible gunman, but officers say there was no shooting. According to Police Chief Art Acevedo, the incident was actually a smash and grab at a jewelry store. Some shoppers were seen running from the mall, while others texted friends and family saying they were seeking shelter inside the mall, until police gave the all clear.
