Texas Congressman Joe Barton is retiring over the leak of a naked photo. He announced the decision today telling "The Dallas Morning News" his constituents don't want him to run. The longtime Republican says he's lost the trust of the public, and is going to listen to them. The photo showed up on Twitter last week. Barton says he sent the picture to a woman he was seeing while he was separated, but not divorced, from his second wife. He's been in Congress for over 30 years. It isn't known who put the photo online.
