1200 WOAI Elf Louise Radiothon Returns Dec 6

It all began as a small, simple project to grant a few Christmas wishes for children in Bexar Country.

The Elf Louise Christmas Project began in 1969 when founder, Louise Locker, was a student at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.  She found that for many San Antonio families Christmas just did not exist.  That first year, with the help of a friend, she collected gifts for children of 13 families.

Since that first year, the Elf Louise Christmas Project has grown into a San Antonio tradition that brings Christmas to approximately 20,000 children each year.  Gifts are chosen for each child, wrapped by our volunteers, and delivered by SANTA!!!

Join us on Dec 6 and 7 LIVE from North Star Mall as we broadcast  to raise money for those toys and to bring smiles to as many Bexar Country children as we can in 2019.

We kick-off Friday, Dec 6 at 6AM and go until 6:30PM and continue Saturday, Dec 7 from 7AM - 6PM.

The Elf Louise Christmas Project will auction a number of fun and unique items to raise money for the organization. Check out the Online Auction Here.

The Friday lineup includes Bill Rohde, Mr. T, Chris Duel with very special guests throughout the day followed by a special edition of The Joe Pags Show with Joe, Cari, Elf Louise and Bill Rohde closing out the day.

Saturday Bill Rohde and David Rodriquez will do a special Elf Louise Garden Show and be joined by Megan Bishop. There will be several special  guests on Saturday including Mr. T, Charity McCurdy, Jim Forsyth, Michael Board, Bill Schoening,  KJ97's Randy Carroll, Jojo, Bree and Kyle Anthony, Ticket 760's Chris Duel and  Joe Pags, Cari Laque, Elf Louise and Bill Rohde wrapping it up at 6PM.
