The Pelicans dominated the middle two quarters en route to a 107-90 win over the Spurs in New Orleans. Anthony Davis had 29 points and 11 rebounds for the Pelicans, who outscored the Spurs 68-to-30 over the second and third stanzas. DeMarcus Cousins finished with 24 points and 15 boards for New Orleans, which trailed by 10 after the first quarter. Pau Gasol paced the San Antonio attack with 17 points and nine rebounds. LaMarcus Aldridge added 16 points for the Spurs, who had won four of their previous five games.
