The Chargers continued their belated push into playoff contention by routing the fading Cowboys 28-6. Philip Rivers threw for 434 yards and three second-half touchdowns in his first Thanksgiving game in his 14th season and the Los Angeles defense held the Ezekiel Elliott-less Cowboys to 247 total yards and just one fourth-quarter touchdown. The Chargers won for the fifth time in seven games following an 0-4 start, while Dallas lost its third straight by at least 20 points.
