An Air Force pilot is dead and another is hurt after a crash near Lake Amistad, Texas this afternoon. The crash involved a T-38 Talon training jet based out of Laughlin Air Force Base. An investigative board will be formed to look into the incident. A spokeswoman said their first priority right now is caring for the family and friends of the two airmen involved.
