A shooting victim was found sprawled on the porch of a lawyer's office just north of downtown early Sunday, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Police who were patrolling the area near San Pedro and I-35 heard a shot around midnight.
When they arrived, they found a man in his late twenties bleeding on the porch from a bullet in the head.
He was rushed to SAMMC with no vital signs. Police say they have no suspects and no motive.
