Earthquake in North Korea?

China's earthquake administration says  there's been an earthquake in North Korea.  Chinese seismologists say  the magnitude-3.4 earthquake occurred near a nuclear test site.  They  are calling it a "suspected explosion," because earthquakes have  occurred in North Korea during weapons tests.  Authorities in South  Korea, however, believe the tremor was a natural earthquake.
