Three people were shot this morning at an East Side corner that is no stranger to violence, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Police said 'more than a dozen' shots were fired at Hays and New Braunfels, an intersection which has been singled out by SAPD as the site of numerous shootings.
The shooting happened about 6:30 AM
Three men standing in front of a convenience store were shot by a gunman in a passing car.
All three received non life threatening wounds.
Police are trying to determine if the shooting may have been 'payback' for a shooting on the northeast side earlier this morning in which two men were shot.
