A driver burned to death early today in a one vehicle accident on Highway 281 in far north San Antonio, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Police say the driver was northbound on 281 near Encino Rio when, for an unknown reason, lost control and veered onto the median.
The vehicle rolled over several times, and then caught fire.By the time officials arrived, the driver was dead inside the vehicle.
No word on what caused the crash. The age and gender of the driver were still being determined by the Medical Examiner.
