It was not the start the Houston Texans were hoping for. Houston lost to the Jacksonville Jaguars - the team with the worst record in the NFL in recent years.
And just like last year, the Texans seem to be positioned to have another quarterback controversy.
With the team losing 19-0 in the second half, Coach Bill O'Brien inserted rookie Deshaun Watson into the game, substituting him for Tom Savage who had started the game.
Savage lost two fumbles in the first half before getting replaced with rookie first-round pick DeShaun Watson in the second half. Watson finished 12-of-23 for 102 yards, a touchdown and a pair of turnovers.
The Texans have little time to regroup, as they go on the road to take on the Cincinnati Bengals on Thursday night.
