Harris County, Texas officials are getting reports of people moving up into their attics to escape rising flood waters in the Houston area as Tropical Storm Harvey continues to dump torrential rains.  The reports are from both sides of the Gulf Freeway in the south of the city to Clear Creek.  The Harris Flood Control District reports that flood levels on several bayous in the region are higher than what was seen during Tropical Storm Allison in 2001.  A tornado reportedly damaged apartment buildings further south in La Marque.
