The destruction left behind by Tropical Storm Harvey may leave areas of the Houston region uninhabitable for months. Federal Emergency Management Agency Director Williams Long predicts his agency will be in the Houston-area "for years." Appearing on CNN's "State of the Union," Long says this storm is going to be a "landmark event." Long says FEMA is in Texas focusing on response and helping the state. Long adds FEMA teams are also preparing recovery housing for flood and storm victims. Other federal workers will be on the ground to begin aiding victims with implementing flood insurance claims.
