A 31 year old man was arrested overnight for what police say was the long term sexual assault of a 15 year old girl, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Police say Mario Rojas had been allowed to live at the home of the teen's family, but he 'betrayed their trust' by repeatedly sexually assaulting the 15 year old, and threatened to place naked photos of her on social media if she complained.
Detectives said when the girl did try to end the abuse, Rojas followed through, posting the pictures on the Instagram' site.
He is charged with sexual assault of a child.
