Two motorcyclists are hospitalized in critical condition after an attempt to elude a speeding ticket ended in a crash in east Bexar County early Sunday, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
The DPS says a trooper attempted to pull over the two bikers for speeding down US 181 about 1AM, but they instead decided to try to outrun the trooper.
Bad decision.
The trooper chased the motorcyclist north into Bexar County, where they tried to turn onto I-10, but crashed into each other on the access road.
Both were rushed to SAMMC with multiple injuries.. Both will also face charges from the DPS that will be much more serious than the speeding tickets they would have received had they just pulled over.
