A man died today in an industrial accident on the city's east side, police tell News Radio 1200 WOAI.
The man was walking through the parking lot of the facility located on Bicentennial St, off Ackermann Road.. He was paying attention to a clipboard he was carrying and was hit by a front end loader, which then ran over him.
The man was dead by the time EMS arrived.
No charges have been filed, but police and federal workplace safety officials are investigating.
