San Antonio Police say a 20 year old man was killed today when he slammed his motorcycle into a pickup truck on Gen. McMullen Dr. on the city's west side, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Police say the motorcyclist, who was not wearing a helmet, was seen by witnesses traveling way too fast down the road, and running several red lights.
A pickup driver was turning left from the main road onto a side street, and the motorcyclist couldn't stop in time, and slammed into the passenger side of the turning pickup truck.
Police say the victim suffered massive head trauma, and even though EMS attempted to save his life using CPR, he was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The pickup driver was not seriously hurt and will not face charges.
