Australia's prime minister says a plot believed to have been aimed at blowing up an airplane has been uncovered and stopped. Malcolm Turnbull announced today that counter-terrorism police had rounded up four people in raids across Sydney. He said extra security would be in place at airports, but that the national threat level would not be raised. It currently stands at "probable."
