Closing time led to gunfire at a south side bar early today, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.Police were called to the bar in the 2500 block of Pleasanton Road about 2:30AM on a report of gunfire.
When they arrived, they were told that bar patrons were filing out of the business when a Silverado pickup aped by, and somebody inside the pickup opened fire on the crowd in the parking lot.
One man was shot in the face and was rushed to SAMMC is critical condition.
Police say the truck sped away, and they're not sure if the wounded man is the person the gunman was aiming at, or whether it was a random shooting.
