Police don't have much to go on in the shooting of a man in a room at a motel just south of downtown early today, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Police were called to the Knight's Inn on I-35 and Frio shortly after midnight.
When they arrived they found a man bleeding from a bullet wound in the back of the head.
The 33 year old victim was rushed to SAMMC in extremely critical condition
.Nobody else who was around managed to remember anything about who shot the guy, or why.
