UN Ambassador Nikki Haley is warning the world is a more dangerous place because of North Korea's latest successful missile test. Haley made the comment at an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council. The meeting was requested by the U.S., Japan and South Korea. Haley said the North's action was a "clear and sharp military escalation." She called it reckless and irresponsible and said the U.S. will use military force, if necessary.
