Maybe next time, a simple 'hey, why don't you guys knock it off,' might be wiser.
News Radio 1200 WOAI reports a woman who was trying to break up an argument between two other women at an east side home last night decided to do it by pulling out a gun and firing several shots into the ceiling of the home on Jarbet St, which is near MLK and W.W. White.
Unfortunately, she was a lousy aim. Police say one of her bullets struck one of the arguing woman in the shoulder.
The victim, described as a 28 year old woman, was rushed to the hospital in stable condition.
The would be mediator, a 29 year old woman, ran away before police got there.
Detectives were interviewing witnesses this morning. No word on what the argument was about.
