McDonald's Targets Millennials On Snapchat To Fill Jobs

McDonalds Now Hiring

McDonald's is turning to Snapchat to lure millennials for some of the quarter-million jobs it will fill this summer.  The Golden Arches says more than half of its hires in company-owned restaurants are between 16- and 24-years-old.  To that end, starting tomorrow, McDonald's says it will start using the app that will enable social media users to apply for the 250-thousand job openings at McDonald's.  Snapchat users will see a ten-second video ad by McDonald's that features workers talking about their experiences with the fast-food restaurant.  A swipe of the screen will take them to the company's career page, where they can apply.
