A man is dead and three Texas police officers were hurt in a shootout at a Laredo convenience store.
Police were searching for the suspect after finding the body of a woman inside her apartment today.
Gunfire broke out when they tracked the suspect to the store. The three officers were rushed to the hospital, with one of them being airlifted to San Antonio for treatment.
Their conditions are unknown. The suspect died at the hospital.
