North Korea Says Missile Test Was Successful

North Korea is declaring its latest  missile test a success.  North Korea's state-run news agency said the  type of medium-range ballistic missile fired Sunday is now ready to  military action.  The missile traveled over 300 miles before falling  into the Sea of Japan.  It was the second missile test by the isolated  communist country in a week.  North Korea test-fired a mid-to-long-range  missile just one week ago.  Just last Monday, the UN Security Council  again called on the isolated communist nation not to carry out further  testing.
